"If I could give less than one star, I would give them the worst service I've ever had. Years ago, they were a reputable company. Now, they don't know what they're doing. They lie to you, charge you, and continue to raise the price of your policies without even telling you. I canceled my policy with them because they're too informal; you call them to resolve something, and they never do. They always forget and end up saying it was one person's fault or the other's. I canceled my policy, they continued to charge me, and now I have to wait until they decide to give me my money back."

We handled the cancelation as soon as you called our office and explained that it can take 15 business days for the refund to arrive. The refund is not handled by our office but by the corporate office, in order to ensure proper client‘s money handling procedures. However, we are here to explain every step of the way.
