Jessica is competent and knowledgeable about State Farm practices, and she has a great personality that makes my yearly calls (yes, I am that customer) to look at premium balances enjoyable. This year Milena helped helped me a couple weeks ago with a renewal of an automobile policy that seemed unmanageable in retirement. She explained various options to me and made a change that enabled me to pay the premium on time.
