"I had a challenging experience with my auto insurance claim a few months ago, especially with communication and getting timely updates, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be. I do want to recognize Christina (Chris ) for her outstanding customer service over the years. Even though she wasn’t directly involved in my recent claim, she has always been someone who truly listens and understands my concerns. Chris is consistently professional, patient, and empathetic, and I really appreciate her support. Because of that experience, I’m giving 4 stars—but Chris’s support is what makes the difference."
